The founder of Strategic PeopleOps Consulting brings 15+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, and software implementation. Her career has been dedicated to helping organisations operate efficiently while treating people with fairness and respect.

She understands that successful HR systems aren’t just about technology — they’re about culture, clarity, and care for the people behind the processes:

"Why do I love what I do? I am passionate about problem solving, efficiency and process automation. And because I fundamentally believe in the value of good HR Management.
